From your scan to the patient's chair.
Four stages, each handled by a specialist technician, each checked before the case moves on. Nothing leaves the building until it has been through all of them.

Design
Your scan or scanned model is assigned to a design technician who builds the restoration in exocad and 3shape, checking occlusion, contacts and emergence against the opposing arch.
- 02
Production
The approved design goes to our production partner to be milled in the prescribed material, shade and translucency. Every unit is inspected against the design when it comes back to us.
- 03
Glazing
A finishing technician stains, layers and fires the unit under corrected lighting, building surface texture and translucency by hand across multiple firings.
- 04
Bonding & QC
Final fit is verified on the model under magnification, bonded components are seated and torqued, and the case is packed with its prescription for delivery.
